I finished piecing. My border was a bit waffley, so I redid it and am now happy with it. I will be taking it to a long-arm quilter this week. It may be 2 - 3 months before I get it back. I really enjoyed the process. I'm trying to decide on another applique to do.

Glenda, WOW! I think you get to be first to finish the quilt the way it's supposed to be - congratulations! It's so beautiful. I'm glad you're happy with it.
It is beautiful! How are you going to have it quilted? I definitely want to do it again - already got my eye on a new project too!
It will be an all over stipple, but not over the appliqué, so the appliqué will "pop." And something different on the border. I will let my quilter surprise me. She will call me in July. I'll post a picture when I get it back.
